There has never been such an array of information before and I know that from my own experience and talking to lots of ladies in salon it can all be very confusing and add to the overwhelm.

I’m a big believer that we should listen to our bodies and do more of what makes us feel better so why should we change now?

Some great advice is always to drink more water, eat a healthy diet and get some fresh air and exercise and that doesn’t change now either. However I do think that it becomes more important to find some headspace and calm (whatever that looks like for you) as well. Maybe that’s yoga, a long bath, a woodland walk, reading or knitting or having a massage. Just find what calms the soul.
