Deeply relaxed
Wow! Kat is wonderful, my treatment was incredibly relaxing. I felt calm and completely at ease from start to finish. I loved the different stages of the treatment, which built on each other and left me feeling deeply relaxed. Kat has a lovely, calming presence and made the whole experience feel special. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who needs to properly switch off. I've already booked my next visit.

Amazing as always!
Amazing as always, so good I’ve booked my next one! Sarah has really helped me with pain management in my neck and shoulders, the only person who’s been able to do so having seen many other therapists over the years! All the ladies here I would 100 percent recommend. My favourite little go to haven.
