Facial Gym Sculpt & Release
£70Using a variety of tools such as gua sha and facial cupping for lymphatic drainage, plus we can include intraoral 'buccal' style massage moves to release held tension in the jaw and facial muscles caused by stress, teeth grinding, jaw clenching & TMJ. The treatment is a workout for the face and reduces the appearance of deep lines around the mouth and nose and re-educates the facial muscles for a more toned, tight and lifted appearance. Best results are with 1 a week treatment for a month followed by 1 a month, however a difference can be seen and felt immediately. Allow 50 minutes.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (60 mins)
£72 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light, rhythmic massage technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. Unlike traditional massages that involve deep pressure and long flowing strokes, MLD uses gentle, targeted hand movements—like soft pumping, circular motions, and precise presses. These movements follow the natural pathways of the lymphatic system, helping to:- Reduce fluid retention

Relaxation Massage
£45–£97Using a combination of manual massage and warmed basalt stones to massage, the heat penetrates deep into the muscles to aid relaxation. This is a lovely, gentle massage that will leave you feeling de-stressed. Allow between 30 and 90 minutes depending on your booking choice.
Sports or Deep Tissue Massage
£45–£72These are not a relaxing choice of treatments. These sessions are suitable for a full body treatment, or back treatment depending on time. Designed to treat the aches and pains of over training, poor posture or even a sedentary lifestyle which all leave the muscles in need of unknotting and realigning. Techniques include massage, pressure point work and assisted stretching. Allow between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your booking choice.
Warm Bamboo/Hot Stone
£45–£75This deep tissue massage releases stubborn knots using warm bamboo sticks for added pressure and hot stones to relax the muscles. We will use bamboo canes which will vary in size and shapes. The warmth of the bamboo & stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue which helps them to relax, achieving faster and longer lasting results. Great for those wanting a targeted deep tissue massage, especially good on legs. Allow between 30-60 minutes depending on your booking choice.
Warm Himalayan Salt Ritual
£75A back, neck and shoulder massage using a warmed Himalayan salt ball and aromatherapy oils to release tension and ease stress. The stone lightly exfoliates skin whilst you absorb the mineral benefits which can help stimulate circulation, banish low mood and improve sleep. Menopause Balance Massage
£75A gentle, nurturing therapy created to ease the symptoms of menopause and bring your body back into balance. Your treatment begins with soothing massage to melt away tension, followed by gentle acupressure point work to calm the mind, restore energy and support hormonal harmony. Ear Candling Therapy
£30Used to relieve ear problems including excessive wax, tinnitus, sinus problems, and hay fever. This painless and relaxing treatment is finished with a gentle facial drainage massage. Allow 20 minutes.
Reiki
£53Developed in Japan, reiki is a form of energy healing that restores balance and wellbeing. It reinforces the body's own natural healing abilities on all levels - physical, mental, and emotional. During a treatment, the practitioner gently lays their hands on the client, allowing the reiki energy to flow into them and unblocking and rebalancing the energies. Reiki is deeply relaxing and very good for releasing anxiety, stress, and negative thought patterns. Allow 45 minutes.
Indian Head Massage
